Place all pertinent files into
one folder on your local drive
including all graphics and font files. |

The name of this folder should
contain no special characters
(i.e.. #%$^*()!:@?),only
letters and numbers. Instead
of spaces, use underscores.
For example: "My_files_for_
Job_9875" (not: "My files for
Job: 9875"). |

Use the compression utilities StuffIt
(for Mac) or WinZip (for Windows)
to make an archive of the entire folder.
